What You’ll Do:
The HR Digital Solutions Analyst supports the daily administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of SES Space & Defense's Human Resources Information Systems, with primary responsibility for ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors. This role combines hands-on HRIS administration with project-based work focused on modernizing HR processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Partnering closely with the HR team, Organizational Transformation Office, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will help improve the employee experience by streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the integrity of critical HR data. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term technology initiatives. - Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, workflows, and permissions
- Produce custom and recurring reports, analyze HRIS data, and ensure accuracy across dashboards and organizational reporting
- Process routine HRIS transactions and ensure timely completion of daily system activities
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for employees and managers
- Lead or support HR technology projects focused on automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization
- Collaborate with the Organizational Transformation Office and cross-functional teams on initiatives that enhance HR operations and improve the employee experience
- Maintain system documentation and safeguard confidential employee information
- Monitor emerging HR technologies and recommend system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal partners to support audit activities and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations
Who You Are:
You are an HR technology professional who enjoys improving processes as much as supporting people. You combine strong technical expertise with an understanding of how HR systems enable recruiting, payroll, talent management, compliance, and the overall employee experience. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, partnering across departments, and translating business needs into practical system solutions that improve efficiency and data quality. Your analytical mindset allows you to transform complex HR data into actionable insights while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality. Most importantly, you are curious about emerging technologies and excited by opportunities to leverage automation and AI to modernize HR operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or similar enterprise business systems
- Experience partnering with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit on compliance initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver process improvement initiatives
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and macros
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, including recruiting, payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of HR regulations and employment compliance requirements
- System administration experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Experience building cross-platform automations or AI-driven workflows preferred
- Experience administering SharePoint sites preferred
