We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to contribute to the development of full-stack solutions as part of a cross-functional team operating in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both front- end and back-end technologies and be comfortable collaborating with team mem- bers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

 

In this role, the engineer will work closely with other developers, architects, and product owners to build and maintain scalable systems and enterprise applications. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile/Scrum frameworks are essential.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Expert in cloud-native development approach
  • Experience with security standards and best practices
  • Ability to design, develop, test, and document software components
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Writes clear technical documentation and communicates designs
  • Contributes to API design & development, data integration, AI/ML develop- ment
  • Participates in code reviews, debugging, and Scrum ceremonies
  • Stays current with emerging technologies and development practices

 

COMPETENCIES

  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualiza- tion tools
  • Ability to work with a blend of development and COTS/open-source tools to create data pipeline solutions.
  • Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Strong understanding of authentication, networking, and software security
  • Experience with microservice architecture and deployment practices
  • Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and front-end tooling (e.g., Vite, TypeScript)
  • Experience with JavaScript testing tools (e.g., Mocha, Jasmine)
  • Understanding of the complete development lifecycle from design to de- ployment
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years of experience with languages/frameworks like NodeJS, C#, Py- thon, etc.
  • 5 years of experience with database development and/or data pipelines.
  • Experience developing or configuring ITSM, CSM, or CRM SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with modern software design principles and SDLC
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
